All orders are "general conditions of sale" applies. These can be provided upon request.

Suggested is the whole collection sale within 3-5 months and we will do a new suggestion before christmas for
extra stock and extra with each season

Costumer service
Each jewel will be delivered in a luxury gift box.
Jannissima will give a comprehensive explanation about the products.
Jannissima will select one ambassador in the shop.
This person will have a direct contact with Jannissima.
Jannissima will inform this person about every innovation which takes place within the company.
Marketing
Jannissima will promote the representative store as her official selling point on her website.
Jannissima and the store representitive will think of interesting offers and promotion activities toghether during
their collaboration.
Delivery conditions
Shipping time is between 5 and 7 weeks after date of order. And one week after receiving the 50 % payment in
advanced
Terms of payment
10 % will be invoiced after order. 30 % of the order will be invoiced before delivery. 60 % of the order will be
invoiced after delivery. Payments within 30 days after invoicing.

1 Validation
Sales mentioned and delivery conditions are valid for all orders unless confirmed differently in writing by Jannis-
sima.
2 Order
In order to let the Jannissima collection come to its full extend the minimum first order is 1000 euro. The cus-
tomer receives a confirmation after ordering an item.
Alteration requests or cancellations will be processed if made within 10 days after conformation. A fee of 50 %
will be charged when the customer wishes to cancel their order after the forementioned 10 days.
3 payment conditions
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Forgot to pay in time? You will be sent a reminder. After the first
reminder an administration fee will be added to the order of your bill After 3 reminders Jannissima will use their
incasso office to obtain the amount charged at cost of the customer. In which case all future orders will not be
processed untill decided otherwise by Jannissima.
4 Delivery
You can find our delivery dates on the order confirmation form. We will be able to provide your order in 6 weeks
time. Jannissima preservers herself the rights of an extra 15 days to provide you with your order. Orders above
250 euro will get free shipping.
5 package form
All products must be verified upon date of delivery. In case your order is incomplete or otherwise not as ordered
you will be asked to contact our sales department the same day by email at sales@jannissima.com or call 0031-
40-2026179
Jannissima will give garanty on construction for 12 months and will repair or replace the item.
6 Force Majeure
Jannissima is not responsible for delay or not providing the order if caused by third parties or unforeseen circum-
stances such as strikes, fire, storm, accidents etc. outside powers of Jannissima.
