an introduction
Jannissima is a Dutch design company headed by designer Jannita van den Haak. Her aim is to create products where innovation, one’s own style and eye for detail are the central themes. She graduated at the Design Academy Eindhoven in 2006.
Jannissima is the winner of the 'public vote' at the Dutch Design Awards 2006 with her design of a chic back pack for women. She received a special mention at the ISPO European Fashion Awards, Germany in 2007. In 2008 she was also a finalist at the Diesel International Talent Support event in Italy with products from her 'Velina Volante' travel range.

Jannissima offers product design and concept development of high quality with a luxurious and female touch. Specialized in quality bags for business women and glass jewellery for women with caracter. Working with selected materials like vegetabel tanned leather Jannissima works in an eco friendly way. All Jannissima products are hand made in selected workshops by craftsmen in the Netherlands and Italy.

Slow shopping
In 2009 Jannissima started the Jannissima Concept Store. Design and fashion that tells a story in a flexible invironment. In 2010 the JCS has won the Design In Detail Award. In 2012 Jannissima Conceptstore has won the SOEC most sustainable entrepreneur award.
